This notice applies to the Kaleidoscope Healing practice website, its consultation form and the booking and checkout pages it links to. Kaleidoscope Healing is a private-pay, whole-person wellness practice offering complementary, non-clinical services.
01What this website collects
When you ask for a consultation, the form asks for your name, email address and mobile number. It also records the service you were looking at, the page you were on, and whether you chose to receive occasional news.
If you request a session from Checkout, the form also records the service and its listed price. If you refer a client, the referral form asks for your name, email and practice, and for your client’s name, mobile number and, optionally, email and service of interest. Please share a client’s details only with their agreement.
Along with the form, the website records a few technical details: the address of the page, the page that referred you, your browser type, the time of the request and any campaign tags in the link you followed. These help Kaleidoscope Healing understand which pages and invitations lead people to get in touch.
The form does not ask about your health. Please share personal or health context directly with Candi during your consultation rather than through this website.
02How your details are used
Kaleidoscope Healing uses the details you share to respond to your consultation or session request, help you choose a time, confirm a session and its payment with you, and follow up by email or message. Referral details are used to contact the referred client about an initial consultation.
If you tick the optional box, Kaleidoscope Healing may also send occasional news about sessions, circles and events. You can ask to stop these messages at any time.
Payment information is handled by Shopify at checkout. It is not collected by the forms on this website.
03Service providers
This website may use the following service providers to run the site, store form submissions and support booking:
- Shopify for the online store, booking pages and secure checkout.
- Meety for choosing and confirming a consultation time.
- Netlify for website hosting.
- Supabase for secure form storage.
- Google Sheets for private follow-up administration.
- Meta for optional advertising measurement, only if you allow it.
Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms.
04Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Essential cookies keep the website and its secure forms working. They are always on.
Measurement cookies are optional. If you allow them, the Meta Pixel records page visits, the service pages you view, when a request form is opened and when a request is saved, so Kaleidoscope Healing can measure advertising performance. Automatic advanced matching is disabled, and the Pixel is never sent your name, email address, mobile number or anything else you type into a form.
If you decline, the Pixel does not load. Your choice is remembered in this browser, and you can change it at any time.
05Your choices
- Leave the optional news box unticked, or ask to stop receiving news at any time.
- Ask Kaleidoscope Healing to update or remove the contact details you shared.
- Allow or decline measurement cookies through Cookie settings, here or in the footer of every page.
